Terms and Conditions

Applysy is operated by Enrollsy, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 2701 N. Thanksgiving Way, Suite 100, Lehi, UT 84043. Our website is https://applysy.com, and you can reach us at support@applysy.com for any questions or support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in a way that's most advantageous to us, which may include arbitration or courts in Utah.

Applysy is a paid SaaS platform where organizations ("Organizations") can post openings (like classes, jobs, or auditions) with videos and questions. Applicants ("Applicants") can view those videos, answer questions, and submit their own responses, which may include videos of themselves or their children (if applying as a family).

We use third-party services like Stripe for payments, and MongoDB and Supabase for data storage.

• Organizations need an account to post openings and must provide accurate info like company name, address, phone, and admin contacts.
• Applicants can apply without a full account but must provide details like name, email, phone, and (for families) children's names, emails, phones, and dates of birth.
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure and info up-to-date. Don't share passwords.
• We can suspend or terminate accounts if you violate these Terms, don't pay, or at our discretion.

• Pricing: $99 initial payment for three months, then $5/month per active opening.
• Payments are processed via Stripe. We accept major credit cards.
• Bills are monthly based on active openings. Late payments may lead to suspension.
• No refunds, but you can cancel anytime. You'll still pay for prior and current month invoices at cancellation.
• All fees are non-refundable and exclude taxes, which you're responsible for.

We encourage you to take advantage of the platform fully during your subscription. If you have questions about billing before signing up, please contact us at support@applysy.com.

• Use Applysy only for its intended purpose. No spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
• All content (videos, images, text) must be appropriate for all ages. Anything inappropriate results in immediate account deletion, loss of data, and no refunds.
• Don't upload harmful content, infringe on others' rights, or misuse the service.
• Organizations: You're responsible for how you use applicant data and submissions.
• Applicants: By submitting, you allow the organization to view and use your info.

• You own the data you create: Organizations own applicant-submitted data (like videos and responses). We own the data you (as an Organization) create on our platform.
• By using Applysy, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content as needed to provide the service.
• Our platform, logos, and tech are ours — don't copy or misuse them.

• By Us: We can terminate or suspend for non-payment, violations, or at our discretion. You'll lose access, and data may be deleted after 30 days.
• By You (Organizations): Cancel anytime via your account or email us. Pay any outstanding invoices.
• After termination, these Terms' survival clauses (like liability and IP) still apply.

We provide Applysy "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. We don't guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the period when the issue occurred. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, like lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Applysy, Enrollsy, Inc., and our affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your content, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms. We don't indemnify you.

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, like natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or internet outages (but this doesn't excuse payment obligations).

We can assign these Terms (e.g., in a merger or sale) without your consent. You can't assign without our written approval.

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you via email or on our site. Continued use means you accept changes.

If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still apply. These Terms are the full agreement — no oral changes. Questions? Email support@applysy.com.
